Not many people could take an 80 degree, full sunshine, and no breeze day and turn it into a joy-filled, romantic, and memorable event…unless you’re Chris and Julie. You may remember these two love birds from their Seaport Engagement Session, but I’ll always know them as my best friends from Simmons. Julie is my “first Simmons friend,” and as long as I’ve known her, Chris always stood by her side. Watching them giggle as they practiced saying “I Do” was heart warming and inspiring; they make marrying your high school sweetheart look easy, as you can see below.

Of course, Chris and Julie made sure to share this experience with those closest to them. Chris and Julie know that it’s much better to give than receive, so they shared their special day at Willowbend and the Wianno Club with their family and friends. Be on the look out for lots of adorable flower girl pictures in this post! They definitely captured the spirit of the day almost as well as their Aunt Julie!

We laughed tons–especially at the best man, Carter, acting as a human microphone stand!

At the Wianno Club, guests enjoyed thoughtful details crafted by Chris, Julie, and their event planner, Maria. I particularly loved the hydrangeas, myself!

Chris and Julie spent the rest of their evening soaking up their last night as fiancés with their wedding party, family, and friends. They laughed a lot, teared up during speeches, and made graciously thanked everyone that supported them. 

To Chris and Julie, thank you so much for including me in your special day! I love being your friend, and Dillon and I cheer for your new marriage!
